Wizard Tip: Requisitions

Create a Requisition
To save a requisition, click on Save as requisition from the “Your order” screen. If you only require certain products from an order to be saved to a requisition, tick the products required and click on Add to requisition. You will be prompted to name the requisition, (to save a requisition with product quantities, ensure the “Save product quantities” is checked) and set the access level for other users.

Quick Ordering

The “Quick Ordering” facility can be used to quickly build up an order for items that you know the product codes of.

Simply enter the product codes and the quantities required line by line, then one click adds all the items to your order. If an incorrect product code is entered you will see an on screen message informing you so.

Environmental Initiatives

We are currently undergoing several initiatives to gain our ISO 14001 Accreditation. You should shortly be receiving our Corporate Eco brochure (pictured) with all these initiatives. Below are two:

Close the Loop

Our ‘Close The Loop’ initiative allows our customers the ability to play a part in the recovery of raw materials that would otherwise be buried or burnt.

We can help you to do this by supplying recycling trays and bins along with waste sacks for paper, packaging waste and inkjet toner cartridges. We will even come along and help you to place them strategically around your business premises.

Our OfficeTeam drivers will then collect this waste the next time they deliver to you and take it away to be manufactured into Ecoteam paper and other recycled products for the future!

OfficeTeam Packaging Back Initiative

One area we can dramatically reduce waste together is how we deliver your goods to you.

Instead of supplying your products in cardboard boxes, which create wastage and cannot be reused easily, our OfficeTeam drivers will deliver your supplies in reusable, recyclable carrier bags.

Our new bags are designed to be used again and again, reducing space and packaging waste and the impact on the environment.

OfficeTeam drivers will then collect old delivery bags when we next deliver your goods and reuse them for future deliveries.

This Months Wizard tip: Your Contract

This is the best way to ensure you are spending correctly! Whenever possible purchase items off your contract as these have been specially priced to meet the needs of your business.

The quickest method to examine your spending patterns: click on the favourites option in Wizard, and see how many products have the contract icon (the yellow circle with the ‘c’ within it).

For most of our accounts we ensure your contract list is the first thing you see when logging into the Wizard. The contract list is normally displayed alphabetically in product ranges, which should assist you in finding the products you need quicker. If your contract is large the quickest way to find a product is to search for it, to do this; ensure you tick (toggle) the box that says “returning only : contract” by the search input box that is towards the top of the page.
